Very Rare Measuring Tape Jean Paul Gaultier Sunglasses

This frame takes Gaultier's haute couture tailoring inspired collection to the extreme. The browbar represents a fashion designer's measuring tape. The starting point of the tape being the browbar, the measuring goes up towards the end of the temples. Absolutely breathtaking design, this frame in a golden version with sublime gray gradient lenses. Jean-Paul Gaultier was at the avant-garde of eyewear design in the 1980's.

Wer sein Gedächtnis nicht auffrischt, muss ohne Käppchen duschen.

The sunglasses are in a very good vintage condition, almost no signs of wear visible.
